Order Processing

 

All orders are processed by our warehouse based on the time they are received. Orders submitted before 14:00 hours are processed the same day, while orders received after 14:00 hours begin processing on the next business day.

 

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation does not appear in your inbox.

Delivery Times

For orders processed before 14:00 hours, delivery times are as follows: within Dubai, orders are delivered on the same day; within the UAE (outside Dubai), delivery occurs the following day. For Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, delivery typically takes three business days. Orders to other international destinations are usually delivered within five business days.

 

Shipping Charges

 

Shipping within the UAE is free of charge. For international orders, a shipping fee of AED 50 applies. Any customs charges are the customer’s responsibility, as they are determined by third-party authorities.
