B360 emerged from a passionate and talented team in December 2010.
Where is B360 located?
B360 watch is an online based shop, but you can find us in our point of sale in Ground Floor - Wafi Mall.
What movement is inside of this watch?
Our watches are all Swiss Movement. Its production was in Switzerland and its final inspection was conducted by the manufacturer in Switzerland.
Does B360 collaborate with companies and other brands?
Yes, B360 has its own lines and collections but most of our watches are collaboration projects with other companies and brand names.
When did this watch/collections come out?
B Genuine collection was released in 2020
B Exceptional collection was released in 2018
B unique collection was released in 2010
Order Delivery/Shipment
How can I place an order?
Customers can simply add the product they wish to purchase to their shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout page and fill in their personal information, shipping address, and payment details.
How long does it take to receive my customized order?
If we approve the design submitted by the customer, it usually takes 30-40 days.
How do I know if my order went through successfully?
As soon as the transaction has been processed, customers will receive an email with the order confirmation and order number. Customers can always access their order information by clicking on the "VIEW YOUR ORDER" button located in that email. In the case that customers are unable to find any such emails from B360 watch, even after checking their spam inbox, there may be a chance that the email address provided when placing the order was wrong. B360 watches are waterproof which can withstand a pressure of 5 bar or a water column of 50 meters.
Are B360 watches hand painted?
Yes, some of our amazing pieces are actually hand painted, The talented artists at B360 from all around the world have painted more than 20,000 individual art pieces, with outstanding attention to detail in a part that does not exceed an area of 1 cm (33 MM Dial),
