What does “The Only One” mean?
It means only one watch exists with this exact artwork. Once sold, it will never return.
Who is the artist behind the dial?
Each piece is hand-painted by a B360 artist in our studio. The artist and completion details can be documented on the certificate.
How long does one dial take to paint?
Each dial requires hours of focused work and multiple stages to achieve depth, detail, and balance.
Will another artist recreate the same design?
No. “The Only One” pieces are one-of-one originals and are never repeated.
How long is delivery?
Delivery time depends on destination. We confirm timelines immediately after purchase.
Can I request a custom-painted horse dial?
Custom horse commissions are offered exclusively to loyal B360 clients. Contact us to review your request and confirm availability.
Does the artist sign the dial?
In most cases, the dial remains visually clean with no front signature. Provenance is documented through the reference code and certificate. For select pieces, the artist’s signature is placed discreetlyon the back of the dial (behind the canvas).
Is a certificate included?
Yes. Each one-of-one original comes with a certificate of authenticity, its reference code, and the artist’s signature(documented on the certificate and, for select pieces, placed discreetly on the back of the dial).
Is it Swiss Made?
Our watches are powered by Swiss-made movements (automatic or quartz depending on the design). The dials are painted in-house by our exclusive international artists, and each piece is finished and quality-checked in the B360 atelier.
