RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At B360 Watch, we value our customers and aim to provide the highest quality products. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact.
  • The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customized watches, pre-ordered watches, and hand-painted unique art watches are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@b360watch.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@b360watch.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • Pre-ordered watches
  • Hand-painted unique art watches
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired exchange product is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or select an alternative item of equal value.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, initiate a return first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


3. SHIPPING AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges and customs duties related to returns or exchanges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return or exchange.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. WARRANTY

This watch comes with a warranty of 1,051,200 minutes (24 months) from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Does not cover battery life, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Warranty claims are subject to verification and may require additional information.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

  • This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
  • If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the policy shall continue in effect.

6. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitute acceptance of the new terms.
